應徵信函與自傳最忌洋洋灑灑長篇大論，它不是個人生活史（life history）的闡述，而是獲取面試機會的敲門磚。撰寫應徵信函或自傳時，切記謹守簡潔（brief）、有焦點（focused）、活潑的（dynamic）、清晰（clearly layout）與易懂（easy to understand）等原則。

I was born on January 25th，1985 in a traditional family in Taipei County where education was deemed as the priority for the next generation. The title of our dissertation was “An assessment of Management and Corporate Social Responsibility”，supervised by Professor Irene Pan. After one-year of devoted working，we won the first prize.
After college，I chose Taipei County Bank as my first job，where I was in charge of clerk services. From this position，I had learned some management skills and was able to apply the objection handling knowledge to my daily operation. I had been in this job for one year and received a customer satisfaction award. This gives you an example of my service ability.
I am quite sure about myself and always persist in carrying out my future plan. To achieve my goal，I decide to change my job orientation and choose a forward-looking company like yours to work with.
